What types of events does Eventy Catering cater for in Tuscany?
Eventy Catering provides catering and banqueting services for weddings, corporate events — including coffee breaks, business lunches, gala dinners and brand launches — as well as private celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries, graduation parties and christenings.
Our service goes far beyond food: it includes event styling, table settings, waiting staff and coordination with other suppliers, at villas, castles, country estates and private residences throughout Tuscany.
Which areas of Tuscany does Eventy Catering cover?
Eventy Catering is based in Foiano della Chiana, in the province of Arezzo, and works mainly in the provinces of Arezzo and Siena: Valdichiana, Cortona, Montepulciano, Val d’Orcia and Chianti. Thanks to our mobile kitchens we also cater events throughout the rest of Tuscany, as far as Florence and the art cities. For more distant venues, we recommend including the address in your quote request so that we can assess the logistics straight away.
Is an external caterer better than the venue's in-house restaurant?
An external caterer is the better choice when the venue has no kitchen of its own, or when you want the freedom to choose the menu, style and staff. Eventy Catering brings professional mobile kitchens and prepares dishes to order on site, so you get restaurant quality in a villa or farmhouse. An in-house restaurant simplifies the logistics, but usually offers more standard menus and less freedom over the styling.
Can I hire Eventy Catering if my venue already has preferred caterers?
It depends on the venue’s contract: some villas and historic residences only accept suppliers from their own list, while others let you choose an external caterer, sometimes for an extra fee. It’s worth checking this before signing with the venue. Eventy Catering has already worked at many venues across Tuscany, such as Villa Portoverde, and can check in advance whether any agreements or permits are needed.
Does Eventy Catering organise destination weddings for couples from abroad?
Yes. Eventy Catering works with couples coming from abroad to get married in Tuscany, among the Chianti hills or in the art cities. Our team communicates in the couple’s language and understands the needs of international guests, from meal times to menus for non-Italian palates or vegetarian guests. Much of the planning can be done remotely, by email and video call.
